Per Arizona Revised Statute § 13-3102.A4 - Possessing a deadly weapon or prohibited weapon if such person is a prohibited possessor.

Per Arizona Revised Statute § 17-101 - "Resident" for the purposes of applying for a license, permit, tag or stamp, means a person who is:

  1. A member of the Armed Forces of the United States on active duty and stationed in:
    • This state immediately preceding the date of applying for a license, permit, tag or stamp.
    • Another state or country but who lists this state as their home of record at the time of applying for a license, permit, tag or stamp.
  2. Domiciled* in this state for six months immediately preceding the date of applying for a license, permit, tag or stamp and who does not claim residency privileges for any purpose in any other state or jurisdiction.
  3. A youth who resides with and is under the guardianship of a person who is a resident.

Per Arizona Revised Statute § 17-337 - Allows a spouse of a member of the armed forces of the United States who is on active duty and stationed in this state for either permanent or temporary duty to purchase a resident license permitting the taking of wildlife

*Domicile means a person's true, fixed and permanent home and principle residence.
